1What does traceability mean for biogas plants - and what does it have to do with RED II & RED III?
Traceability means that you can prove at any time where your substrates come from, how they were delivered and how they were used in gas production. This is no longer an optional extra for biogas plants - RED II already stipulates sustainability certificates for the biomass used, and RED III makes these requirements even stricter. Those who cannot provide complete documentation here risk additional requirements or poor audit results.
2Does Ding.X Traceability also work for smaller biogas plants?
Yes, the system is deliberately designed to fit systems of any size. You start with the areas that are currently most relevant to you and expand the system when you need to. There is no minimum size.
3How long does it take until we can work productively?
That depends on how you want to start. Many companies set up the system themselves - the interface is designed so that you can quickly find your way around. If you prefer to start with support, you can use our support packages. A knowledge database, instructions and videos are also available at any time.
4Does Ding.X Traceability really help with RED II & RED III?
The requirements of RED II and RED III were a central theme during development. The required tasks and reports can be set up quickly using templates - so you can quickly set up certificates such as the Nabisy report or the DüMV documentation and always have them to hand.
5What happens if our processes or requirements change?
Ding.X is designed in such a way that you can make many individual settings in the settings area. If these do not meet your requirements, please contact our support team.
