2Must Ding.X be elaborately set up?
No. Ding.X is ready for immediate use - cloud-based or on-premise if desired. Setup is simple and can be done without an IT department. NORTH-TEC provides step-by-step support during configuration and implementation.
3How flexible are the data fields for operating resources?
Very flexible. You can define any fields yourself - e.g. text fields, checkboxes, dropdowns or GPS coordinates. This enables precise mapping of your individual requirements - regardless of industry or equipment type.
4How does the interaction with maintenance and testing work?
Maintenance intervals and inspection deadlines can be defined individually for each item of equipment. Ding.X automatically reminds you of upcoming tasks, documents the status and links it to relevant materials, test logs or spare parts - seamlessly and audit-proof.
5Can I Ding.X also use mobile?
Yes, with the mobile app (iOS & Android) you have all the information at your fingertips at all times - whether in the warehouse, on the construction site or at the customer's premises. Equipment can be scanned, checked, commented on and updated on site - including photo documentation and direct task linking.
6What happens if I need help with the setup?
The manufacturer NORTH-TEC supports you personally - from the initial configuration to training your employees (training on request). Thanks to its intuitive structure Ding.X but can also be understood directly without training. Support is always available when you need it.
