1How many users are included in the price?
Each package includes 5 users. You can add additional users.
2Can I try Ding.X for free?
We do not offer a free trial. However, our sales team would be happy to show you Ding.X in a product demonstration. This will give you a good sense of what the software can do for your business.
3Will NORTH-TEC set up Ding.X for me?
Setup is not included in the package price. We’re happy to assist you. The effort involved depends on the size of your system and the data to be imported, so we’ll provide you with a quote upon request. To get you started, we’ll provide you with a template that you can use to import existing assets. Alternatively, we can import your system based on an P&I diagram.
4Are there any add-ons, such as support packages or training courses?
Yes, upon request. The price for setup, support, and training depends on the size of your system and the amount of work involved.
5What do I need for the live data?
Live data is included in Ding.X Advanced and Ding.X Traceability and can be entered manually or transferred automatically. To use this feature, you’ll need the Ding.X Gateway as an add-on; we’ll provide pricing upon request. Please also contact us regarding the integration of scales, dispensers, and similar devices.
6Can I request custom extensions?
Ding.X is a finished product that we are continuously improving. We welcome your ideas. We do not offer custom development.
